I didn't come to Interior Design by accident.

Growing up alongside my father, a builder, meant I absorbed the language of construction sites and floor plans long before I ever touched a design brief. That foundation shaped how I think about homes — not just how they look, but how they're actually built.

Before founding Inspired Spaces Design Studio, I spent 12 years in corporate IT — starting as a Business Analyst and growing into Project Management, delivering complex, high-stakes projects across large organizations. I learned how to plan under pressure, communicate clearly, and keep the project moving when the unexpected happens. It turns out those skills translate directly to renovation.

In 2023, after the birth of my second daughter, I decided to build something of my own. I earned my Diploma in Interior Design with a specialization in Kitchen and Bathroom Design and founded this studio with a clear mandate — to give homeowners a renovation that is expertly designed and managed.

My clients are busy professionals who value their time, trust expertise, and want their home done right without having to run it themselves. What I bring them isn't just design instinct — it's the combination of someone who understands what goes into building a home, plans every detail with intention, and knows how to keep complex work on track from concept to completion. So they can focus on their careers, their families, and their lives — and come home to a space that finally feels like them.

My design approach is rooted in function first, but never at the expense of personality. I'm drawn to the bold symmetry and glamour of Art Deco, the warmth and timelessness of transitional design, and the grounded calm of modern organic. In practice that means spaces that feel curated and intentional — rich in colour, layered in texture, and very much tailored to the person living in them. I have a particular weakness for saturated hues and floral wallpaper, and I make no apologies for either.
