Every project starts with a Design Consultation. This 90-minute in-home working session is where we evaluate your space, discuss your goals, and map out the right path forward. From there, we determine which service is the right fit for your project.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
For homeowners who want their entire renovation managed — design, trades, decisions, and installation. I lead every step, coordinate every part of the project, and see it through from concept to completion. You stay informed and involved where it matters. I handle the rest.
Covers kitchens, bathrooms, single rooms, multi-room, full homes.

DESIGN ONLY
For homeowners who have a contractor in place and need a build-ready design package to execute from. You get everything your contractor needs — complete drawings, specifications, and selections — documented clearly so nothing is left to interpretation on site.
Covers kitchens, bathrooms, single rooms, multi-room, full homes.

Available as add-ons:
Contractor handoff session: a working meeting with your contractor to review the design package and align on design direction before build begins.
Hourly project management support: if you want occasional oversight without committing to full service.

Pricing is scoped to your project. During the Design Consultation we will review your space, discuss your goals, and define the full scope of work together. Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope and design fee — so you can make an informed decision before any commitment is made.
Which Service is Right for You?
If you want one person managing the entire renovation from design through to installation — Full Service is the right fit.
If you have a contractor you trust and want a complete design to hand off — Design Only is your path.
