Every project starts with a Design Consultation. This is a 90-minute in-home Design Strategy Session where we walk through your space, discuss the current issues you are experiencing, your goals and vision for the space, identify initial design and layout options, and map out the right path forward to meet your needs. From there, we determine which service is the right fit for your project.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
For homeowners who want their entire renovation managed, including design, trades management, streamlining key decisions, construction management, and installation. I lead every step and coordinate every part of the project from concept to completion. You stay informed and involved where it matters and I handle the rest.
Covers kitchens, bathrooms, single rooms, multi-room, full homes.

Priced as: Flat design fee + hourly project management
DESIGN ONLY
For homeowners who want to take the lead and need a build-ready design package to execute from. You get complete drawings, specifications, and selections so that your contractor has everything they need to build with confidence and clarity, while you can be more hands-on during the build phase.

Available as add-ons:
Contractor handoff session: a working meeting with your contractor to review the design package and align on design direction before build begins.
Hourly project management support: if you want occasional oversight without committing to full service.

Pricing is scoped to your project. During the Design Consultation we will review your space, discuss your goals, and define the full scope of work together. Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope and design fee so that you can make an informed decision before any commitment is made.
Which Service is Right for You?
If you want one person managing the entire renovation from design through to installation, Full Service is the right fit.
Choose Design Only if you have a contractor you trust and want a complete design to hand off.
